All payments for Captionit subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.
Captionit offers a 7-day free trial for paid plans (Plus and Pro). We encourage you to use the trial period to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. No charges are made during the trial period.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Captionit for any reason, simply request a refund within 14 days of your charge date and we will process it promptly.
This applies to all subscription payments (monthly and annual) as well as one-time credit purchases.

We will respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
