• Usage data: transcription minutes used, features accessed, subscription status
• Payment information: processed and stored securely by Paddle — we never store your credit card details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs

• To provide and improve the Service
• To manage your subscription and billing via Paddle
• To send transactional emails (receipts, subscription updates, alerts)
• To analyze usage patterns and improve AI accuracy
• To comply with legal obligations

4Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on secure cloud infrastructure). Audio files uploaded for transcription are processed and deleted after processing — we do not permanently store your audio or video files.

5Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Service:

• Paddle: payment processing and tax compliance
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini, TTS Chirp 3 HD): AI processing
• OpenAI (Whisper): audio transcription
• Supabase: database and authentication
• Railway: backend hosting
• Cloudflare: frontend hosting and CDN

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6Google OAuth

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. This data is used solely for authentication. We comply with Google's Limited Use requirements.

7Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
